Founded by Jim Westhorp in 1972, it remains a thriving family firm with third generation grandchildren, James, Daniel & Katie at the helm. As one of the leading and most respected independent suppliers and hirers of Welding and Industrial products in the UK, WES offer a truly unbeatable service.

With depots in London, Kent and Essex holding large stocks, we can offer very competitive prices on a wide range of products which include Power Tools, PPE, Fume Extraction and Industrial Gases (Air Products at London & Kent depots and BUSE at the Essex depot).

Trade Counter

WES have large stocks of major branded products available for immediate collection from our trade counters in London, Kent and Essex, all depots open at 7:30am – 5pm, 5 days a week. Advice on welding equipment is always free and you can even try out equipment before you buy in our demo bays.

Tech Support

WES have a team of experienced service engineers who can service and repair your welding machine to national standard BS EN 60974-4:2016. WES provide a calibration service to national standard BS EN IEC 60974-14:2018, our test equipment is calibrated to UKAS standards, with full traceability.
